Very disappointing experience with Lowe’s delivery and customer service.
My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, but no one showed up and I received no satisfactory explanation.
I then cancelled the order, but the order is now showing as active again, which is extremely frustrating. I tried using both the chat and text customer-service options, but neither was able to resolve the issue or provide a clear answer.
A delivery that doesn’t show up, an order that was cancelled but remains active, and customer-service channels that cannot fix the problem is unacceptable.
I expected much better from Lowe’s. Very poor communication and customer service

Solar salesmen and other 3rd party vendors are allowed to walk around and pester customers. Happens almost every visit. I put off going there because it. It's a shame as it's my local store and otherwise, they'd be 5 stars. Probably a corporate policy and they have no choice, but it's still annoying.

Friendly, just picking up an order I had purchased on line. Parking was good. I have ordered a few times now from Lowes and have had pretty good luck. I ordered flooring about a year ago and delivery could be better. Took 3 deliveries to get all that I had purchased and had to call all 3 times because they didn't know I hadn't got all the flooring. They were very helpful but would dred ordering a really big order again. Over $7000.00 but Home Depot is worse. I ordered a fireplace screen frome Home Depot and never got it. I showed them where they cashed the check but they gave me such a run around I gave up.

I've been a Lowe's customer ever since they opened their store on Power Inn back in the early 2000s and since opening their store in West Sac, shopping there has been even more convenient. When I remodeled my kitchen in 2003, my cabinets and Kitchenaid appliances were ordered through Lowes.
Early this year I decided it was time to purchase new appliances and waited until Memorial Day weekend to take advantage of any deals. I had been eyeing the new Juniper line of Kitchenaid appliances and ordered the stove & frig May 27th. When we received the new stove in early June, I didn't see the scratch until the installers had left with our old stove. The scratch was on the front corner of the control panel and it was very visible when you walked into the kitchen. Lowes was notified and they came out in a couple days to take the new stove away. We were given several new stove delivery dates over the next few weeks, with the last delivery scheduled for 8/6. The frig was still on back order and we had no idea when it would arrive.
7/31 we received an email from Lowes stating that mgmt had been informed that there would be no Juniper stoves available for another 4 months, they would be cancelling our order and refunding the money for the stove and frig.
The salesperson, Yvonne, has been very communicative and apologetic. She couldn't have been nicer or more supportive.
We went to another local retailer, not Home Depot, to order new appliances, I assumed I would be getting the stainless steel. The salesperson checked, the Juniper refrigerator is in stock and the stove should be arriving 9/2.
I'm not sure what's going on with Lowe's, they need to do better, this whole thing has been a nightmare.

When they first opened up, they were so much better than Home Depot now. They’re probably worse than Home Depot as far as employees being available merchandise waiting in line.
