- MTM TApr 8, 20261.0This is a complaint about the Lowes store in West Sacramento. I called the store earlier today and was told they had 500 bags of their Sta-Green garden soil in stock. I rushed to the store because the sale ends today, only to find that I was misinformed. Apparently, they're sold out and have been for some time. Additionally, the Lowe's staff said the information I was given was probably AI based and very inaccurate. The staff was unwilling to substitute this product or provide a rain check. The only option I was given was to return to the store later tonight and see if this garden soil has been restocked. What a waste of time, and now I know to do my shopping at Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
