  Purchased beautiful expensive suede couches. After 1 yr the couches had s few small stains.the store offered essentially no help with maintenence and was quite rude when I was asking for help with the care of their furniture all they care about is the sale do not give this company your hard earned money

  I had an excellent experience at Restoration Hardware, and it stood out from the moment I walked into the store. I was greeted immediately by Tiffany, who was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. While selecting my bed, color was especially important to me because it needed to work with an existing Art Deco vintage vanity in my bedroom that has a very specific wood tone. Tiffany took so much time walking me through all the available finishes, comparing options carefully and thoughtfully, and helping me get it right the first time. That level of attention made all the difference as choosing the wrong bed color would have completely thrown off the entire room, and instead the final result ties everything together beautifully. That same day, she also helped me select bedding, pillows, towels, rugs for my bathroom, and a throw blanket. The entire process felt calm, well guided, and genuinely supportive. Delivery was prompt and seamless, and everything arrived exactly as expected. When it turned out that the sheets and duvet cover we initially chose didn’t work as well with the bedroom color as anticipated, Tiffany handled the return process effortlessly. The exchange was stress-free, the refund was issued immediately, and it reinforced how safe and respected I felt as a customer. Knowing that returns are handled with such ease makes a huge difference when furnishing a home over time. What really stood out to me is that while it’s easy for a business to make a good impression when everything goes perfectly, it’s how things are handled when adjustments are needed that truly matters. Restoration Hardware exceeded expectations on both fronts. I even ended up purchasing additional items during the return visit and am already planning my next pieces. There’s a reason Restoration Hardware is a trusted name. The quality, the service, and the overall experience are exceptional, and the membership is absolutely worth it when furnishing a home thoughtfully and over time. Highly recommend.

  The store is beautiful. Our original salesperson (Zac) was very helpful. We like the merchandise we've received so far. Delivery has been a nightmare. Here are the highlights of the last 4 months of trying to get two beds delivered. The beds we ordered in February have still not arrived (the many towels and bedding accessories arrived on time). The first time delivery was scheduled, the truck broke down. They were to deliver a few days later, but lost parts from both beds. By combining parts from both beds they made one (rails did not match color of the bed) and said two new beds were ordered. A loaner bed was arranged for the missing bed. I received a call from the delivery guys saying they were in front of my house with the loaner bed. Of course they were at my billing address in LA, not the delivery address in Palm Springs. They said they would call when coming to Palm Springs. No one ever called. As I was leaving my house to go to a concert, I saw a truck turning onto the street. I turned around and it was the RH delivery. I told them I didn't have time to wait and they called into see about reschedule. 5 days later was next available. The guys said they could set up the bed quickly, so I impatiently waited. I received a call today to arrange delivery of one of the reordered beds. When I asked about the second bed, the delivery people said I would need to call RH. I called RH customer service and was told there was no second bed ordered. She ordered it for me today and expects delivery approximately the third week of Aug. No one at RH will rush anything to accommodate an increasingly unhappy customer. We have received $600 in store gift cards before this latest fiasco, but today has pushed me past my point of being understanding. There is no excuse for such incompetence at seemingly every level of this process. I just tried calling the store in West Hollywood twice, but the phone is never answered. Hopefully in Aug I can update this review with good news.
