I’m really disappointed with this store. This isn’t the first time they’ve canceled an order I placed while an item was on sale, and they never explain why. It’s frustrating to find a good deal, place the order and then get an email saying it’s been canceled with no real reason.
If an item is advertised and available for purchase, the company should honor the order instead of canceling it after the fact. This has happened to me more than once, and it’s made me lose confidence in shopping with Lowe’s. I expected much better customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and not a single staff member seemed interested in helping. Employees appeared indifferent and lacked any sense of urgency or concern for customers. Being ignored while waiting is frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience completely missed the mark.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Diane at Lowe's Topanga in West Hills for her consistently outstanding customer service.
Over the past several visits, Diane has helped me with a variety of transactions, including renting and returning a vehicle, as well as multiple purchases and returns. Every single time, she has been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
After the third or fourth time she assisted me, I realized her level of service was far beyond what I normally experience, and I felt compelled to write this review. No matter how busy things were, she always took the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently.
Employees like Diane make a real difference in the customer experience. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to helping customers are truly appreciated. Lowe's is fortunate to have someone like her on the team.

This store provide the worst customer service in southern California the pro desk to be more exact I lost one hour of my time in this store trying to make a phone sale transaction I have always make phone sales at Lowe's store but I don't know from where this unhelpful workers in this store got that Lowe's doesn't do phone sales anymore, they were saying that Lowe's only do text and pay which it doesn't make any sense because I call the Lowe's corporate and they confirm that in fact Lowe's do phone sales at the pro desk but this guys literally from nowhere just yell and says no phone sales I hope the Lowe's corporation do something with this store location in West hills in the intersections of Roscoe Blvd and topanga canyon because in my opinion Lowe's is losing a lot of customers for the poor service at the pro desk this is second time I have problems at the pro desk in this location you know when you open an account you expect to receive a better customer service that's why it have its own desk especially for pro customers but this store almost never have cashiers at the pro desk it's so frustrating.
