  I'm totally sold on La-Z-Boy products even though I haven't bought anything for awhile. It must be because their products never seem to wear out. Compared to other companies you do pay more but the extra money spent is well worth it. Joy was a wonderful associate and we are already looking at La-Z-Boy for our new furniture after we move.

  Greg Hatto was most kind and patient showig the Mrs.available recliners with bells and whistles. Extremely efficient with contract and other paperwork.

  From our visit to the showroom, ordering a recliner for my husband (with a great recommendation from the salesperson) to the delivery - we are so pleased with La-z-Boy!!! My husband loves his new recliner also!!!

  I purchased a recliner 10 days ago. The chair hurts my back. I called about returning it, I thought it would be no problem. Boy was I wrong. I was told there policy is you can only return it in the first 3 days, for store credit minus a 30% restocking fee. So basically I would have received a $1000 less then I paid and only received store credit. My family have been buying furniture at lazy boy for 30 years. Never again.

  My husband is 92 and was looking for a comfortable recliner with lumbar support that is easy to get out of. Joy was patient, helpful and friendly. She spent a long time with us and helped Alex choose the best chair for him. Highly recommend this store.
