The appt was in person and he brought many swatches to choose from. He really thought about the right selection for each room’s window based on location and lighting. None of the people from other quotes did that. Vince came and did the measurements and then the installation. He was very nice to work with. He was diligent with the installation process and left no mess behind. All of my shades work perfectly.

She even took the time to research a few color interactions for us and got back to us later. Rafiel was courteous, professional, and quick. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job with the installation. I’d highly recommend them! :)

Alex came initially to find out what we needed and he went through samples and spent time with us to determine what we really wanted and what color of shade would be best for our windows. AJ came later to do the measurement and after that the installation. Both of them were so nice and easy to work with. They were very understanding and patient. True professionals! They are very knowledgeable about their jobs. it is a real pleasure to work with them.
