  This is by far away one of the worst products on the market they told us we would get a call with a 2 to 3 day window as to when our delivery would come we asked how long it would take they said minimum minimum 3 to 4 weeks so we went out of town about a week after that came home and the sectional without any call letting us know it was coming was sitting on the sidewalk. There were five or six boxes missing. It was an absolute travesty. They fought us every second of the way to try to not have to replace the pieces they left on the sidewalk! We live well off the main road by the way there was no reason to put it on the sidewalk! They could’ve put it on the front porch, they could’ve put it up against the garage. They chose to leave it on the sidewalk! Then putting it together, they told us 40 to 45 minutes to put the sectional together without any issue, it took us 6 to 7 hours to put it together! And nothing would fit properly. Everything was effed up and did not work properly. This is the worst product on the market. It is the worst possible purchase of a couch you will ever make and the fact that they charge so much for this garbage and offer absolutely zero support. They should absolutely go bankrupt and they should have to fire every single employee! This is one of the worst companies on the planet!

  Just bought a couch from Richard in the Walnut Creek location. He was outstanding! Richard was thorough, patient, answered all of my questions, and gave me space to think about my choices. Looking forward to receiving my new couch and working with Richard again in the future!

  Do not purchase from here. Although the in store customer service is amazing, after purchase, if issues arise, the company will not help. It is extremely expensive for the quality of service you will receive. I love the sofa but dealing with their customer service isn't with it!

  The experience we received in store and with the staff was absolutely amazing. They made our purchasing experience great! The experience we received with their returns exchange department was horrible. It took 6 months for them to figure out our exchange and deliver our product. We are finally receiving our product next week but to get to this point required emails every 2 weeks for 6 months. Unfortunately lost a star on the overall experience.

  Had a great time spending lots of money! Nicole was great at helping us understand how to get the right pieces for the room where they will be. The blocks are very helpful, as well, to see what arrangements work for our space. Can’t wait for the delivery!
