This was my first time renting a storage unit, and Shay made the entire process easy. I found this ExtraSpace location online and stopped by because it’s close to home. Shay walked me through all the unit sizes, specifics, and pricing, and even showed me an empty unit so I could get a feel for the space. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient.I chose a climate‑controlled unit, which I really appreciated, and signed up for the six‑month plan because of the cost savings. The facility is clean, secure, and well‑maintained. I would definitely recommend this location.

I would recommend extra storage for anyone looking for competitive pricing, a great customer experience and easy location to store their stuff. Tina, the on site manager made our move-in so smooth, she worked with us when there were hiccups in our move with our moving truck pickup and truly made things easy for us. 10/10 would recommend!

I rented a 7'×8' unit in mid-May for $136.10/month plus $21 for the lowest insurance coverage (up to $2k). At the beginning of August, less than 3 months later, I received an email saying my rent is increasing to $182 plus $21.10 insurance ($203.10 total) - almost a 35% increase!!!
Meanwhile, the exact same unit is currently advertised for new customers for $147/month. (I didn’t even check whether any discounts apply).
This pricing strategy feels extremely misleading. They seem to rely on customers not wanting the hassle of moving.
Even worse, the app showed NO notification or message about this increase - I only found out by email.
Think twice before renting here unless you're prepared for a huge rent increase after just a few months!

This is my first time using a storage facility, and I’ve had a really great experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property is consistently clean and well maintained. They also recently upgraded the facility with additional fire safety systems, which makes me feel even more comfortable storing my belongings here. As long as I live in this area, I plan to continue using this location. Highly recommend!
