  Great experience with the office manager. Place is maintained and secure, feels safe. Price is right and no crazy increases like Extra Space Storage that increased their price by over 200% by month 10 (quarterly increases). I need long term storage. Fast & EZ is the place for me.

  Congratulations to everyone that can get through the gate. This includes all the people that obviously don’t have a unit there. I’ve rented here for almost 4 months and have been able to access my unit maybe a handful of times. The first time I was left outside with a U-Haul that I had just rented and a couple of moving buddies that I was paying for the day. When I called, I was told they had “boots on the ground“ and that I’d get a call shortly. I’ve also been waiting several months for someone Promised credit for not being able to access my unit. I called earlier this week and was guaranteed that I would be able to open the gate, rented a U-Haul And hire a buddy to go get my stuff out and same thing happened again. If it weren’t for a good Samaritan, letting me in I would’ve been absolutely screwed. I still haven’t gotten a call From upper management, but you better believe I’ve gotten plenty of late fees and they’re trying to charge me for a full months rent instead of Pro rating it. I was hoping that putting a stop payment on my rent would get someone’s attention but no. I would stay away if I were you.

  After the first hiccup with the payment and I Susanne structure, everything seems to be going pretty smoothly. Ţ you for gently reminding me my payment is due. I will be calling very shortly to make my payment. Thanks again.

  I went to my storage unit and tried to open my unit but didn’t have the right key. I went back home picked up more miscellaneous keys and bolt cutters so I can get into my storage. When I went back to the storage, the owner was there. She noticed that I could not open the lock and ask if I came back with a key. I explained that I brought several keys with me hoping that one of them would work. She then said that if my keys don’t work, I cannot cut my own lock, on my unit with my belongings. She said that my stuff is on her property and that I need to go through their locksmith. I can clearly use my bolt cutters to open my lock. That is not the problem and replace the lock. The problem is that I can’t because somehow my property, somehow considered their property and I can’t use my own locksmith or my own bolt cutters to get to my personal belongings. When I questioned how that was possible, the owner said it is in my contract and that I should read it. I asked her for a copy because it was over 4 years ago when I signed it and I no longer have a copy. She said that she could not produce a contract and that I should have it. At that point, I was starting to get upset and I said that I don’t think what you are doing is actually legal and I should at least get a copy of the contract to review it. I said again that this doesn’t sound right that I have to only use their locksmith and that his seems very orchestrated to be some type of scheme/scam. I said that I just got off work and I don’t have any time to go back and forth about a copy of a contract that she cannot provide and I just need to try my keys to to if they work. She actually said “Don’t get sassy with me missy”. Really? I ignored her and drove to my unit to try to open my lock with the keys that I had. She walked over with a smile and gave me a 30 day notice to vacate. I was going to vacate anyway. I would not be able to deal with someone that takes messing with people a thrill. Yeah. #nope. I didn’t swear. I didn’t yell. I was as calm as a person could be in that situation. She didn’t like it when I questioned her. I was confused and upset that she would not provide a copy of the contract. I’ve never experienced a situation like this before. I don’t know if other storage places act this way but it seems like a bunch of “Junk Yard Dogs” run these places. Not professional. No class. It is a racket.
