  This Lowe’s location in Hesperia is the best! Thank you, Jason, Adrian, and Yolanda! I recently purchased a home and have made several purchases at Lowe’s and Home Depot locations for materials and home projects. On August 27th, I made purchases for blinds at multiple Lowe’s locations due to inventory issues. I gave all three locations the same instructions for sizing. At the Rancho Cucamonga Lowe’s location, the blinds were not cut to the correct size. I will not name the associate, but it was a younger associate who took over for a more senior associate. I was told at the Rancho location that I could come back and have the blinds recut if needed and that they were non-refundable after being cut. I understood this, and it was the same policy I was told for all of my purchases. On the day I was installing the different blinds, I realized some of them weren’t sized correctly. We measured everything again to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. All of the blinds from the Rancho location were cut wrong. After calling the Rancho location, they told me I could go to any Lowe’s and they would cut them again for me to shorten them. However, I could not return to their location to have it done because their machine was broken. I asked how long the wait would be, and they told me they didn’t know. The machine had just broken and it could possibly take a week, but they couldn’t give me an exact timeframe. Rancho also told me that the blinds were non-refundable, so if I went back and they were cut wrong again, I may have to repurchase a new set of blinds or speak with a manager to see if there were any other solutions. I called the company that makes the blinds and checked the policy myself. I verified that the non-refundable policy applies if the blinds were cut correctly to the customer’s specifications. Well, they weren’t, so that policy didn’t apply to my situation. I explained that if Lowe’s could not provide me with a refund or another solution, I would dispute the charge because they could not provide me with the correct blinds at the correct size in a timely manner. There was also proof that multiple other Lowe’s locations got the sizing correct using the exact same instructions. Rancho told me there was nothing else they could do until their machine was fixed, but that they would be willing to recut, replace, or refund the blinds if they could not get them corrected. I relayed all of this information to the Lowe’s Hesperia location. The team that helped me not only did the job correctly, but they helped solve a problem that wasn’t even theirs. Not only did they save Lowe’s money, they made Lowe’s more money because after this experience, I’ll only be shopping at the Lowe’s in Hesperia. Thank you, Jason, Adrian, and Yolanda!

  After purchasing a large piece of thin foam that wouldn't fit in our truck, we asked if they would cut it in half for us. They refused, so we had to buy an xacto knife, cut it in the parking lot and return the blade 2 minutes later. Clearly not the most helpful staff at this place.

  Lowes Blowes reason # 505 the customer service sucks whether you’re a customer or have a pro account they simply don’t care ! And then you make the mistake to ask for manager and you get stuck with LAURA horrible customer service skills ! Our options up here in the HD desert are limited so it’s either Lowe’s or Home Depot and honestly going foward I will be shopping at Home Depot please feel to send my review to your store manager Mike and your CEO Marvin Alisen which I will be emailing him directly as well !!!!   Worst experience at this Lowe's by far. I walked in looking for an item and when I walked up to an employee to ask about the location of the items I was looking for he first ignored me and asked another customer that didn't even ask him anything if they needed help before answering my question he did point me to the right place but was very rude and dismissive. Then when I finally located the item I needed it was locked up so then I asked 3 different employees in a good 10 minutes while I waited to be helped and finally the same rude and dismissive employee finally showed up to help. It also infuriated me that one employee we asked said she was too busy to help us and moments later I see her having a conversation and hanging out with another employee which I didn't know Lowe's employees get paid to ignore customers. I also asked to speak to a manager who agreed to show up but never did probably because of his or her poor management and insufficient service. Whenever I shop at The Home Depot I never have this issue because they're employees are constantly walking around looking to help customers and on this same day I did shop and The Home Depot and I did run into some App issues and The Home Depot Manager Jamie directly helped us and gave us a discount for the inconvenience which goes to show the dedication The Home Depot has to their customers not like this Lowe's. So if you're looking for a bad experience and a hard time I would recommend Lowes if you are looking for great customer service I would recommend The Home Depot this Lowe's is badly managed and it's sad because when we go to a big name hardware store like this you expect better customer service.
