This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a storage facility. The process was quick and smooth. I received a welcome call from Cecilia in management who was very helpful and welcoming. She is amazing! When I arrived at the facility she helped me with the entire process even with setting up the Extra Space app and giving me a tour of the facility so that I can find my unit when I return.

I really like my new location in regards to my Storage. The two young ladies in the office are exceptional and extremely perfect for the Face of your company. Always greeting us, always having Water in the office and always with the Smile. Everything is perfect except one item that is extremely irritating. Yesterday I had to help a lady turn around a U-Haul truck that almost hit your building a few times. Myself using trailers. I always have to maneuver around the buildings in order to get turned around. A handful of customers here hitting poles with trailers and large truck trucks. . They cannot back up a trailer because they they’re not experienced enough. The one bad point on this location is that there is only one entrance to go in and to exit. Multiple times I have seen a vehicle leave the property and seven vehicles came through the gate without placing in their code. Also seen a gentleman who looked unhoused and extremely Sketchy walk through the gate. There is another gate that sits in front of the B building that can be used as an exit only. This will help thousands of exits to be safer and adequate for your customers. You can also install directional spikes in the ground to eliminate people coming through that exit door. Concerned and caring customer as my myself would love your consideration to make this happen. This will also show your customers that you do care about safety inside the property. This will eliminate a lot of accident claims, Building damage and repainting of pole barriers . One other thing I did notice that will save you guys money, you guys do know that they have solar power door openers, correct? You can save money on electrical of that door Opening and closing all day. And possibly saving money to pay for the directional spikes in the ground to open up the other Exit only door in front of building B.
