  I have to say how INCREDIBLY helpful Polin B was. She is the store manager here at the Van Nuys location. My husband and I came in looking for twin beds for our daughters. She had two readily available for us to purchase. We didn’t realize that the mattress was too thick for the top bunk bed. I quickly called the store and explained to Paulin the situation and I asked if there was any possible way to exchange the mattress for a smaller thickness level since I worried my daughter would fall off the bed. She was extremely understanding and said since we had just left the store to come back to get the proper size for the top bunk. We came back and returned the mattress and she quickly rang us up with the proper bed size for the top bunk bed. She was so kind, understanding and absolutely professional!

  I’m so happy we had polin the store manger to help us with our issue. She’s super sweet, courteous, easy to talk to , great listener, extremely knowledgeable and professional! I was having the worst day but she made my day! Best deals and prices! Best quality ! Best store manger so polite and caring ! She truly cares! She speaks 4 languages which is impressive. Wile she was helping me and my family she was also helping a Persian family and a Hispanic family all at the same time ! Speaking many different languages! U can tell she truly cares ! Thank u polin for my best deals, discounts and thank u ortho mattress ! 🌹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had the best experience with Polina the store manager at ortho mattress Van Nuys ! So happy we were lucky to have her! She made us feel very comfy and at peace ! She’s very easy to talk to great listener and courteous! Very very professional and knowledgeable. They have the best quality beds and best prices and polin is the best to give best deals and discounts! If I could give 20 stars ⭐️ I would . Never met such a nice polite store manager like Polin . Thank u Polin and thank u ortho . U made my day. ⭐️🙏🩷. I was having a bad day and I know I’m difficult to deal with sometimes, but Polina handled me very well.

  Husband and I went to this location today. We were assisted by Polin B who was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with us. We happen to have a situation with our former ortho mattress that we currently have. Polin spent a lot of time helping us look at other mattresses to resolve our issue. We did not purchase it today because my husband’s back made it difficult for him to try all of the mattresses he wanted to, so we will go back Friday. Polin did not do a hard sell. She truly is working to help resolve our issue so we can enjoy sleeping again. She did not in any way try to rush us. We appreciate her work. Thank you Polin.
