Is the worst place to leave a car there's people that open cars and stoling tools and when u ask them to check the videos they said they dont have nothing it looks they're together with the thieves.. be careful with this place if u dont wanna lose ur staff

I arranged the rental by phone..it was confirmed with a call to me..then I arrived to take possession and put my belongings in …as confirmed ..and was told it was no longer available because I had just lost it to an online application. This is a very dysfunctional system. Then, I agreed to go
To a sister facility…and lost the promised unit and had to agree to a larger and more expensive unit. The staff were polite and helpful, the system was the disappointment.

I came in to find a storage solution for a client’s 20 foot RV. Storage like that is a challenge to find in Los Angeles! This location is at the end of Erwin, a pretty quiet semi-residential street & Costco is right across the light at Sepulveda Blvd, the major cross street. The 405 freeway exit Burbank Blvd is a very short driving distance away.
Luckily this location has an open rooftop with 10’x20’ and 10’x35’ parking spaces. Each space backs up against a fence or wall, so vehicles are parked next to each other, but not backed into each other. Their drive up ramps are one way, so people won’t be passing each other. Clearance is high enough to allow even the huge class A RVs to easily go up & down it.
Anthony helped me pick out the best space for my client’s needs. He drove me in the facility golf cart up the separate entrance & exit ramps to tour all the rooftop spaces. He also very patiently let me Facetime my international client so that he could tour along with us, ask questions, & ultimately verify which space best suited his needs.
The RV that my client wants to store is already fully insured. But he opted to pay the additional monthly amount for the facility’s (no deductible) insurance that covers bugs, theft, damage, etc. He also added on the earthquake coverage because this is LA after all.
Anthony explained that the gate hours give daily access to the facility between 6am & 8pm, which is important for my client to know. He also confirmed that there are security cameras for surveillance.
A friend of mine has stored her RV on this same rooftop for many years now. She had an unfortunate break in years ago - I don’t know if she opted for the facility insurance. My client will be arranging to make regular visits to check on his RV; hopefully there will be no issues.
Anthony was so detailed & patient in this whole process. I appreciate his high level of customer service!
