- MMMichelle's Messed Up Mind2 days ago1.0They Have sales meetings in an a couple of the apartments in the complex where I live which gets pretty loud with cheering and clapping. They probably have big sales goals they have to meet. The real problem is that they ride around the Apartment community on these segways and hog the roads and the sidewalks . I've almost been run over, they have almost caused accidents.

Also, he did not check back in with me before leaving the property. I went to remind him of the mosquito bates and he had already left. The previous technicians have always checked in with me before leaving the property.

I appreciate the time Paul had taken to explain exactly what was going on with my situation. No false promises or expiations, truthfulness. To sum it up, Friendly, Respectful, Honest, Knowledgeable, with a Strong work ethic. A very good example of what I hope Aptive's core values are.

Ethan cleared all the webs from the lights, eaves, and most of the outside of the house. He answered all my questions and thoroughly took care of both front and back yards. He addressed areas for mosquito abatement with a trap and I believe spray. Dogs were let out a hour after treatment and did perfectly fine. Too early to tell effectiveness but as far as service I am cautiously optimistic. Will report back regarding consistency and follow through. If it stays consistent and is effective I will change to five stars without question.
