Horrible! They only have a large industrial sprayer even for the inside and offered to spray where my dishes are, for ants! No gel, no kid/dog friendly spay in the house! And this morning everywhere they sprayed, the ants are exactly there, AGAIN!! The spider webs are still there, I’m not sure what they do or what they use but I have had a few pest control places, this one is the very worst of all! All my neighbors are complaining! They duped us into a year and the reduction rate of ants is zero, because almost 4 months later our ant problem is much much worse than when they started.

Bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware! Hired them for a property I own that has cockroaches, I told them this was the area of concern when hiring, and not once did they tell me that the most common and invasive species of cockroaches is excluded from their monthly service. They then proceeded to tell me that this is a very expensive add-on and without it, nothing will work. As well as some other sales tactics that don’t work on me. They should make customers aware of these exclusions on the phone; I spoke with them three times before committing. Luckily I’m within the 3 days of signing and can cancel without penalty but some people are not so fortunate and get stuck paying for the entire contract. Stay away from this company!

Formal Commendation for Adrian
I would like to submit this as a formal commendation for Adrian and ask that it be placed in his employee file.
Adrian was amazing. He took his time and was extremely thorough. He identified a problem area that two other technicians had overlooked, where I had a significant amount of mosquito larvae.
He also moved my rat trap and took the time to explain why it had been positioned where it was. He clearly cared about doing the job correctly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely seemed proud to represent your company. His work was very well done, and I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave to my property.
I feel he deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided, and I would appreciate this commendation being placed in his file.
Thank you for having such a dedicated employee on your team

I have asked for two months now to have the service changed from Lindblade Street to Washington Avenue and for two months it hasn’t been changed. Beau-Ray was the service technician on August 4, and although he had not been told of the change, he was apologetic, very professional and Understanding when I told him of my frustration. I have been told that my service ends on September 20 and that I have to continue paying $45 per month for a service I don’t want until then. I have asked several times to end the contract and I would appreciate an email confirming that as of September 20 my contract with Aptive has been canceled.
Beau-Ray is a wonderful representative for your company.

LIES LIES LIES LIES,
TLDR: service went down the drain, mosquitos and bugs are horrible. stole 10 extra payments from me by lying! BEWARE!
So my initial experience was actually pretty good, mosquitos went away, back yard was inhabitable price was reasonable at a property i am renting. Not 8 months later I get a call hey we can get you better service for the same price!
I said okay, everything was on autopay, initially I paid every 2 or 3 months 160$.
Well this new plan that was a great price and included way more stuff that i needed to be on was per a visit and boy did the visits increase and service decrease.
My initial rep left. mosquitos started to appear, revisits were often and did nothing, the overspray on windows was rediculous and made all of my windows look horrible. on top of that the spider web knockdown happened with two left hands, the photos came in an looked great but from 10 feet get closer or look on the side of the house and it BAD!
my cameras needed to be washed after every service they provided.
but this year has to be the worst offended of all time!
I cannot go outside I have candles, torches, and sprays and its like im living in a swamp. two doors down they do not have the service and those neighbors are stating that its not that bad!
I dont know if formula changed or the mosquitos evolved but i ended up paying for 10 more charges than what i would have normally paid and got worse service.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
