I used to use Public Storage but I decided to go with Extra Space Storage when I moved to the Bay to save on costs. Not only is Extra Space Storage more affordable, the customer service and security is far better as well. Someone on site at the storage facility always answers the phone when I call or they call back as soon as they can. Public Storage rarely had staff on site. When I first looked at the unit I had booked online, Brian showed me around the facility and to my unit. He also told me about the private security they have hired that watches the property overnight to ensure my valuables are kept safe. I never saw or heard private security when I was with Public Storage. Overall, I am thrilled with the affordability, the security, and the exemplary customer service I experienced with Brian in person and other staff on the phone. Go with Extra Space Storage!
