  Nick introduced himself and since it was his first time here asked to help him understand any issues/ pest problems we have experienced. Be was attentive, very friendly, and thorough. When he finished he spoke with my wife about ant and wasp issues he found and corrected. She was impressed as was I. We look forward to seeing Nick again!

  Samuel always does a great job servicing my property in American canyon. he comes monthly to spry for ants so we can hopefully kill the nests that always wreck havoc in the winter once the rains arrive. He also brushes all the cobwebs from the lower portion of my home and the entire redeood fence that I have surrounding my yard which is quite large. He is thourough, friendly and always on time. Also, the procing is reasonable and I am on there easy pay plan so the payment gets slpit into 2 patyments of $55.00 each month which works well for my budget

  Our Service Technician is Lance W. He is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He has good listening skills, and will address any needs or areas of concern. Lance typically dewebbs the Home, sprays the perimeter, foundation, and treats the lawn. I asked Him prior to Our last service, not to apply product to a certain area I was working in without issue. We are satisfied with the current level of service, and attention to detail.

  I’ve been using Clark Pest for 9 years at two different homes. My tech has always been Frederick (aka Freddie.) Freddie is the best. Not only does he do an expert job, he is courteous and professional. He often trains new techs and will introduce them at the door to ensure I know who is on my property. If I have an issue and my regular service is a few weeks out, Freddie will pop over and take care of it. Freddie is also very knowledgeable and always explains what he’s doing and provides advice. I know more about ants and rodents than I care to! He is a great resource! Freddie is a part of my community and I see him in town all the time and wave or say hi. I highly recommend Clark and especially Freddie!

  I would like to recognize Immanuel from Clark Pest Control for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the service he provides. Immanuel takes care of both our home and our son’s home in American Canyon, and we have complete confidence in him. Whenever we have a concern about ants, spiders, snails, or any pest activity around our properties, he is always quick to respond. Immanuel is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and genuinely cares about his customers. On a couple of occasions, I have sent him photos of bugs I found outside our property, and he promptly identified them, explained why they were there, and provided helpful recommendations. His willingness to take the time to educate and help is greatly appreciated. What impresses us most is his reliability. My husband and I know we can count on Immanuel whenever we need assistance. He follows through, communicates well, and always takes the time to address our questions and concerns. Immanuel also cares about our dogs and always reminds us and makes sure to let us know when it is safe for our dogs to be out after he treats our property. It is reassuring to know that when an issue arises, he is just a phone call or text away. In today’s world, it is rare to find someone who takes such pride in his work and consistently goes above and beyond for his customers. Clark Pest Control is fortunate to have Immanuel on their team.
