All I got to say is if your 1 minute late when leaving 10:01 p.m. they put a freeze on your access through the gate. 1 minute and they lock you out and basically kidnap all of your stuff. It is especiall fun when you come with a full load of stuff and then can't get in because of 1 minute. I had 2 units for several months and I left because of that and all their cacaroaches that I was afraid were going to get into my electronics I sell on Ebay. I'm sure my customers would have just loved that cacaroach suprise. Could'nt chance it. Highly unrecommended. STAY AWAY FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN UPLAND. Heed my warning or maybe 6 months from now you can write your own review just like this one...

overall I had a good experience. The facility was always clean, spacious, and well organized, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The website was also easy to use and made managing my account convenient. The only reason I decided to leave was the frequent rent increases. My monthly rate for a 5×8 unit went up several times within just one year, which became too expensive. There are other storage facilities nearby that offer more affordable rates. If the price had remained more consistent, I would have happily stayed.
