  My wife went to this vacuum store when it was previously close to home. Same store just moved to Lakewood Washington. The lady there was very helpful and very straightforward. How much can you say about vacuum parts?

  Brought my elderly mother in earlier this month just to look around. She has a very outdated vacuum she loves. We left after my mom got upset because Heather made her feel dumb. We didn't need, want, or ask for help. I get you probably need sales but this isn't the way. Why insert yourself then be rude because you didn't think she understood. You were the one not getting it

  Thorough, competent and reasonably priced. We took our Oreck there for a rollar brush replacement. The friendly owner- technician replaced it on the spot along with a belt. Our dark blue rug no longer is covered with our Golden’s fur! The vacuum is now amazingly powerful and fast! It’s like new! Great business.
