I need help to change the battery for my remote controls. I went into the store and asked for help. This remote control needs a very special tiny screwdriver. A staff who voluntarily to help me all the way , searched the correct screwdriver and helped me to change the battery without any expectation.
I’m truly impressed by his willingness and sincere heart.
I talked to his manager G, who also a very nice guy.

I called to check the availability of an item they supposedly had listed for cheaper than Amazon (Midea 8,000 BTU Window A/C unit).
I spent 5 minutes going back and forth with the AI agent, who eventually told me they didn't have it in stock but an associate could order it for me.
I sat on hold for 2 minutes, spoke briefly with someone, was transferred to someone else. They were polite and helpful, but told me they did not have that item in their inventory.
It took me 2 minutes to buy it on Amazon instead. Brick and Mortars still can't figure out why they're going out of business.
