This is just for the key cutting. It seems they don’t have experts that can do copies for disc lock keys because they couldn’t do mine. I have heard the Bayshore location does; however, it would be great that as a chain they have the same standards for all locations. Staff was nice though.

Horrific experience! I ordered a water heater for pickup. Store employee Oscar marked it pickup complete. I got billed without picking up the item. When I called the store, Oscar's team mate tells me that an Uber driver collected my order and he is checking the cameras. After being on call for over an hour, he decides to abruptly disconnect. When I reach out to online customer support, they ask me to call the store. So, I decide to drive down and talk to the store manager G. He apologized but had no clue about which clown on the phone was giving me the hogwash. Heater was sitting at the pickup area. Waste of time! Customer service needs training. Try a different lowe's if you got to!

Trent is simply awesome! He spent nearly 3 hours with us helping us select everything we needed for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, from bathroom fixtures, paint, and flooring to vanities and so much more.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, guided us through different options, and helped us make decisions without ever making us feel rushed.
Remodeling can be overwhelming with so many choices, but Trent made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers.

Fantastic store .I bought 5 items .took me around 30 to 40 mins .I had to search for 2 extra items around the way .A lil longer then normal but yes I paid and finally left .I had 3 items in aisle 1 n then 2 items in isle 31.They were right by each other which was not a far walk at all .My receipt was $87 for all 5 items .great place to walk around .il go back again for sure .😁

Disappointing experience. No associate in the department I needed help in. Upon asking the cashier at Contractor Check-Out, associate wouldn't page anyone to help me (customer base here is rude too.) Only reason I gave 2-stars is for the Pro-Contractor Sales Rep. that came out from behind the desk and did his best to assist me. If that that employee didn't step up and exercise some initiative...1/2-star, if even that.
