- FFfrubes frubesJul 1, 20225.0First experience three years ago had Maricio take an early 50's coffee table that had it's share of visual flaws come home looking showroom new. Recently I called 6 or 7 recommended shops to build a custom table that would be topped with a leftover piece of counter-top from our new kitchen. We wanted this base to have legs matching our existing dining set up. Lo and behold it was done to perfection! Did I say that countertop turned table top weighed 250 pounds? And the custom base was not ony strong enough to carry the weight with ease, but has heavy duty felt pads on the leg bottoms so the floor isn't scratched? Yeah, GREAT shop to trust with your refurbished and custom work.
