- DBDiana Bock4 days ago5.0Had never visited the Torrance location. It's a beautiful store. Very clean and organized. All employees were exceptionally kind and ready to help. One Associate in particular really took her time and helped me find what I was looking for. ( paint for glass) I did not get her name, (long, dark curly hair pulled back. Petite in stature.) She was amazing and such an example of customer service.

- MAMonica AvilaAug 11, 20261.0Negative Review I’ve now had two separate experiences at Hobby Lobby where the employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming during the last 30 minutes before closing. It honestly feels like you’re being harassed for simply still being in the store when there’s time left before closing. Both times, the employees made it very obvious that they wanted customers out, rather than simply allowing people to finish shopping until the posted closing time. There’s a huge difference between politely letting customers know the store will be closing soon and repeatedly making them feel rushed or unwelcome. After experiencing this twice, it’s really disappointing. If the store closes at a certain time, customers should be able to shop until that time without being treated like an inconvenience. The attitude from the employees during those final 30 minutes was enough to make me reconsider shopping here altogether.

Great layout, a potpourri wide array of merchandise so lots to explore and seems like lots of stuff 40% on sale but prices obviously marked up. It's Disneyland for the dedicated true hobby enthusiast ! I can't believe I'm a local and took me this long to visit. Most of the employees seem.listless and clueless on where anything is and not "volunteering" to assist which is their job, right? However, one young man did go out of his way and found me a tape measure. He was the exception! In these terrible economic times, would it kill these employees to smile and greet you nicely and actually make shopping there pleasant. Finally, some of the cashiers need an attitude adjustment. One tall Latina cashier completely snubbed me whilst in line and another customer cut in front of me. Please improve training staff. I hope to return soon but kind of gun shy from this first time experience.
