Review from storage treasure auction buyer, be aware from this facility. Purchased a unit and the pictures did not match way i found when i got there unfortunately i did not realized that 20min after tenant ad already left after realizing i came to tell tenant and they told me there was nothing they can do, they are crocks employees there go thru the units that are in auction and of course they will not help they simple dont care. Be aware and compare unit to pics while tenant is there before agreeing to receive unit. Would give it 0 stars if posaible.

Very good storage place lots of room and easy access to everything. Would be 5 stars but one of the dudes that work in the front office is rude and always gets in the way amd has something to complain about no matter what you do everyone else is nice and have good customer service.

I really appreciate Jake from your W. 190th location for the excellent service! The western facility is doing a renovation and so customers affected are asked to moved their stuffs by July 9 and because of this, reservation to other facilities are first come first serve . Thankfully , Jake assisted me in getting the unit I needed and helped me with the process patiently.
