  I recently contacted Restoration Hardware regarding a personal issue involving nightstands I purchased—an issue that was not caused by Restoration Hardware—and I want to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Shayma. From the moment she answered the phone, Shayma was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened with genuine care and compassion and helped guide me through a very stressful situation with professionalism and understanding. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but who also truly cares about helping people. Shayma made a difficult situation feel manageable, and I left the conversation feeling supported and genuinely grateful for her help. She is a tremendous asset to Restoration Hardware and a wonderful reflection of the level of customer service every company should strive for.   Very pleasing to come here!! We didnt get what we wanted but way better than RH outlet in Oxnard-I would never go back there again! Full price here is cheaper than than that junk poop discount RH outlet place!!

  The worst chairs I have ever bought ! I purchased 4 chairs with stain resistant fabric. The stain within a month and look terrible now. I called to ask for help at how to remove the stains and they told me that was normal wear and tear! The customer service rep.was rude and never tried to resolve my problem . I was shocked because the chairs were expensive but were obviously made cheaply... not worth half the money. I would caution ordering from them if you want good customer service and quality furniture.
