And I am back here posting in 2024 because of a small issue we had with our sectional-PTS (and specifically, Michelle) helped us immensely to resolve the issue and replace the portion of the sectional that was covered by the manufacturers lifetime warranty. So incredibly helpful and responsive!!! Something you don’t get often these days in way of customer service. Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Michelle, you’re the best!
