- OOOnTheTanksMar 5, 20265.0I had a fantastic experience at the Leslie's in Thousand Oaks yesterday. The gentleman helping me (I didn't catch his name, but he was great) went above and beyond by taking the time to look up the exact part numbers I needed. He also gave some really solid advice on using the BioGuard Pool Complete Weekly 3-in-1; he explained how it works as a clarifier and enzyme treatment to keep the water sparkling and continuously manage phosphates to prevent algae. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about trying to sell me a different pool sweeper just because the one I wanted was out of stock. To top it off, they even price-matched a leaf catcher I was looking for. This kind of honest, patient service is why I’ll be a returning customer!
- BTBare TruthDec 3, 20221.0I went to the Thousand Oaks store. The salesman, Eduardo was rude, abrupt and seemed like he didn’t want to be asked any questions. He was mumbling Spanish, which knowing a little Spanish myself, was not complimentary. There was another lady in the store at the time and he acted exactly the same with her. I will never go back to the Thousand Oaks store. Eduardo is a detriment to that location and should be let go.
