She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. I had visited three other storage facilities before this, and unfortunately, the customer service at those locations was disappointing. Vanessa completely changed that experience for me she was professional, kind, and genuinely made me feel comfortable moving forward.
