  This place never answers the phone, I think they are not open anymore. Not worth driving to a place that doesn't answer.

  Three weeks ago I visited and obtained two pamphlets from a gentleman regarding purchasing 16’x16’ or 18’x18’ stepping pavers. After reviewing the information, I returned today to hopefully purchase 34 pavers for my backyard. I told the contractor working with me, I would be doing this. As I walked in the store today the only gentleman working in the office was on his computer. No greeting until I initiated conversation. There were no other customers in the store. He proceeded to tell me they had no pavers in the size I requested. I asked about the brochures I had and in one there are a few of these sizes. He stated not available. I then walked out of the store and walked out to the supply yard. Immediately I see porcelain pavers in multiple colors in 16’x16’ sizes. I returned to the store and told the gentleman I did not feel he “wanted to serve me,” and asked about the porcelain pavers. The gentleman, Junior, he called himself, told me they had none in stock. He then made a phone call, and stated the vendor had none either. At this point I had enough and left. I find it difficult to believe I cannot buy 16’x16 stepping pavers from Rock and Block and certainly obtain better service. Two visits and I have no idea?
