My husband and I designed a couch online and were ready to order when we thought it wise to pop into the store to make sure we liked the material we’d chosen. Visiting the Lovesac store was the right decision. We eliminated the material we thought we’d like, found a new one we loved, and opted for the lovesoft insert for one side of the sactional. Julissa was so helpful in going over all the options, and patiently answered a bunch of questions. After assembling the couch, we needed to exchange one piece and Julissa got that process started for us right away. This place is amazing, no pressure to buy but amazing customer service if you do.
