  The experience of buying it was great. The salesperson was awesome. They gave me a great deal. It got delivered quickly and properly. But..... I didn't think this was going to be a thing, cuz I'm only 5 ft 8 in tall, but the leg support for the reclining sofa was too short. It stops just above my ankles, and is pretty uncomfortable. The one we bought 5 years ago also from lazy boy, was perfectly fine. Check before you buy

  Went to La-Z-Boy furniture for the first time on Friday. Franklin helped us tremendously with what we were looking for. He showed various options and answered all the questions we had. This was a great experience for us and we definitely recommend La-Z-boy.

  Outstanding customer service! Franklin was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful during our shopping process. La Z Boy quality is very good. Tons of fabric choices. The backs on sofas come off to make deliveries so easy. That sold us on a sofa that we wanted for a bedroom. Without the back coming off, it would not have fit through the bedroom door. This is a fantastic option!! We purchased a leather recliner 10 plus years ago, and it is still in excellent working condition. We just purchased two more pieces of furniture and will be going back for an accent chair. Check out Lazy Boy, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Franklin!!!

  I have mixed feelings about my experience with La-Z-Boy. I will give 5 stars plus to the sales associate Desmond. However, I would have to say I can only give one half of one star to the store manager and one other salesman whose names I do not know. Everyone should be made aware that when you sit on the chairs in the store you will probably find one that is extremely comfortable. You will probably go from chair to chair until you find that special "fit" - and they will watch you and listen to you as you say "No, this one is too hard to sit on", or No, this one doesn't fit my body". But they do not tell you that the chair you get will not be the one you thought was comfortable. Be aware - that chair is "broken in" from customers sitting in it. The chair you get is not going to be the same, and when you complain about it not being comfortable, the answer you will get is that "it's within the standards of firmness/softness, and you will have to break it in to get it comfortable." Heavy people have sat in that chair. You are not heavy. You can bounce up and down on the chair you get trying to get it comfortable. It could take months of sitting on a chair that hurts your body - and the management doesn't see a problem with that!. After all, it falls within the standards and what you thought you were buying is not what you bought. I have found this is pretty much industry standard, and I guess I have to accept that. However, the indifference of the manager I don't have to accept, and I don't think I will ever buy a chair from them again. It's my opinion that you can get equivalent chairs elsewhere for a lot less, so shop around!!!
