Be warned. My initial rental was $275, but in 1.5 years is now at $460. The rate hikes are ludicrous. Don’t be fooled by the low initial rates if you plan a long stay. I’m moving to Butterfield Ranch just down the road who is guaranteeing a one year rate, saving $200/month. Also be aware they offer no refunds for partial month, move out on your last day or loose the prepayment. The business model is simple — get you in cheap and jack your rates as fast as they can, because they know moving is a pain.
