I have been a storage customer for now 10 years at Extra Space Storage in Murrieta. I must also recognize the very pleasant and personable attendant Maria, who works this location still today who helped me in gaining my 2 storage units a decade ago and now I am down to 1 unit. Maria is very timely when she professionally alerts me my payment is due prior to getting a late fee. She truly emphasizes customer service in all ways! Her smile and willingness to help with any need I have asked for her help over these past 10 years is so exceptional at Extra Space Storage!

I’ve rented storage space at this facility several times, and the service has consistently been phenomenal. I’ve also recommended many people, and they’ve shared the same great experience.
