Really happy with Jimmy the storage service. The process was easy, the staff was friendly, and everything was straightforward from start to finish. The unit was clean, secure, and just what I needed. Pricing was reasonable too. Definitely a good option if you need some extra storage space!

I walked up and went to the wrong door. I heard my name being called from across the parking lot. It was Jimmy! What door-to-door service! He not only helped me carry my packages, but he also walked me all the way to my correct unit and got it set up for me. I’ve never had a storage facility that provided keys free of charge. I usually avoid going to storage units and often don’t like talking to the staff because I find them unhelpful, but Jimmy was super helpful.
The facility was clean and easy to navigate. I picked this specific location on a whim because they had the best rates. Overall, the process—from navigating the website to visiting my physical unit and depositing my belongings—was efficient and seamless. It’s day one, but so far I’d highly recommend this location! It’s nice to deal with people who understand how to work with people and can crack a joke or two.

I had the EASIEST move in experience with this location. Literally the day before I wanted to move in I booked the unit online and did all paperwork online as well. I downloaded the app for easy access to everything. Upon arrival I went to the lobby and was warmly welcomed by Jimmy. He was so sweet and helpful and immediately found my reservation and showed me to my unit. The unit even came with a lock and Jimmy showed me how to use it. I love how the open hours are very convenient for my schedule and I love that the property is gated. It definitely makes me feel more secure when bringing things in an out. I would absolutely recommend this location!

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! As a first-time storage renter, I wasn't sure what to expect, but David made the entire process so easy, quick, and completely stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. His professionalism and friendly attitude made such a great first impression.
I also want to give a shoutout to the store manager, Bri. Even though she didn't personally assist me, she was very welcoming, and it's clear this location is well-managed and has a team that genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free storage experience. Thank you, David and Bri!
