When I went in, Jimmy was very pleasant and helpful, he had a great personality. Jimmy took me on a tour of the property, made sure I understood how to get in and out of the facility and could operate the lock properly on storage door. Good customer service isn't so common these days, so when I get it, I like to acknowledge it. Thanks you very much Jimmy. Also a shout out to the woman working with him, she jumped in and blessed me as well. The facility is very clean, has no odors and seems very secure.
