I want to give a huge thank you to Assistant Manager Mike at Extra Space Storage in Sylmar. I accidentally left my storage unit open, and Mike noticed it right away and called me immediately. Thanks to his quick action, nothing was taken and all of my belongings were safe.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Mike does. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave me real peace of mind. I am extremely grateful for his honesty and excellent customer service.

Wow! I was surprised when I came to this facility to check in after going online to take advantage of a discount to rent. I was warmly greeted by the manager there, Rubia, and she took us around the facility to help us get acclimated and showed us our rental. The place is clean and climate controlled, easy to access and everything was working perfectly. Love it!!
