Rubia was so kind, patient and understanding of our needs for our storage unit. Went above and beyond to accommodate us in a unit best suited for our needs and liking. Didn’t pressure us, made sure we were aware of every unit available to us not just at her location but at other facilities as well. Made us aware of every access point to the units for an effortless move in. Courteous and polite to other customers as they arrived while she attended to us simultaneously. Just based on my experience with Rubias customer service, I would recommend extra space to anyone. Thank you so much for the experience Rubia.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Rubia and Tanya! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy and straightforward, and provided excellent customer service.
It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. Rubia and Tanya went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. Thank you both for the outstanding service definitely 5 stars!
