The staff was completely unaware of the incident until I discovered the theft myself upon returning. While I understand the facility isn't legally liable for third-party theft, their response to a security failure on their own premises was very poor. When I informed management, they refused to refund even a single month of my storage rent as a courtesy. If you need a secure place to store your vehicle, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
