  Recently not pleased with the service. In terms of not only did the rates go up drastically but after I followed the instructions on the QR Code to move out and checked in with an employee to make sure everything was fine I still keep getting emails in regards to a late payment when I have moved out since mid April. Everytime I call no one answers. I went in before closing once to take care of the matter and they were already closed before it was even the closing time.

  Marisa at Trunk Space is awesome and very nice! She helped me set up my storage and went over the different options with us, was very transparent. I look forward to a great storage relationship with this company!

  I had such a great experience at Trunk Space Storage today! Marissa was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, made the entire process smooth, and helped me find the perfect space for my needs. Marissa was very polite, professional, and patient, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in helping people. The facility was clean, organized, and everything was explained clearly. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service these days in these areas, and I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend Trunk Space Storage and definitely ask for Marissa — she’s amazing!
