I hired this company expecting professional pest control services, but after their first visit, I was extremely disappointed. They failed to remove spider webs or properly address the pest issues around my property. Instead of seeing any improvement, the pest problem actually became worse. Because of the poor service, I contacted Clark Pest Control and requested cancellation immediately after the first visit. Rather than addressing my concerns about the quality of their work, they began threatening to send my account to collections. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing services or cancellation penalties, yet they are attempting to hold me financially responsible. I find these billing practices extremely concerning and feel that the company is trying to pressure me into paying for services I did not agree to. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that they failed to deliver satisfactory service in the first place, yet are now threatening collection action. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable customer treatment. BEWARE OF CLARK PEST CONTROL! I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review all terms, request written documentation, and think twice before doing business with this company. Poor service, unresolved pest problems, and threatening collection notices after cancellation. I would never recommend Clark Pest Control based on my experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
