It started out with the delivery and them promising a certain day and ended up being weeks later, I let that go because I am a VERY understanding person. Now, my bank card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity and the manager (Sonia) called me EXTREMELY RUDE talking about they would be at my house after 3 today to pick up my furniture. This is not the first time she was rude with me. She is a very arrogant person who needs to take herself down a couple notches. Needless to say once I complete my payments, I will NEVER purchase with them again.

So update..over 2 months of waiting. Can't email "Phil" back so everything goes through store manager. They're going to replace mattress in couple of weeks. Mmm...probably gonna be the same issue in another few years. Will not do business with them in future.**another update so another month of waiting for my mattress. Called again today on 4/5/2019. Wow!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
