They are quick to call you for a 1 day missed payment but I promise they play with people lively hood here like we did not have a set day or "TIME FRANLME" as they like to put it well am telling you right now they act like the same way they harass us for a payment they cant pick up the phone to say sorry we did not make it can we make this right they are quick to say talk to Sonia who ever she is we got an er bill for 1k plus because of this bs and their poor service mind you our stuff is insured I know for a fact if I take another day off you are now playing with my rent and roof over my family head because we had a time frame and they can not for the life of them pick up a phone to reschedule nothing its like they have two left feet I can not wait to hear what THE CORPORATE HAS TO SAY AND BS EXCUSES THEY GOT TO SAY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM NO MORE IF YOU LIKE YOU MONEY GO SOME WHERE OTHER THEN THIS CRAP YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY REMEMBER THAT!

Their staff and management here are very unknowledgeable and their merchandise is garbage ! I went Their to rent to own a washer and the one I got was brand new and it didn't work from the day I received it so they sent someone out to check it out and there were hella broken parts on it that needed to be replaced and they were a month out on parts , getting a replacement washer from them was going to be a 2 week wait so I decided to go to progressive in lowes and get my washer , Aaron's would not reimburse any of the money they took for getting the rental started which was 115 dollars I was out and this month they took another 115 for a product I don't have anymore and I'm still waiting on them to put that money back into my acct , absolute nightmare and I will never go back here for anything again !

I originally was leasing via the Manteca store until they closed down and moved my account to the March Lane Store in Stockton! Since the March Lane Store took over my account it has been hell. They have constantly harassed me over the phone. Called all of my references even told two of my references that my account is past due when it never has been. I've always paid online not in store. So every time they have called telling me my account is past due it was bs because I always pay early. Then the store Manager Chris tried discouraging me from paying my account online, and to come in and directly pay in store and with cash only. These people are frauds at the Match lane store. They tried getting me to pay extra when my account was NEVER past due. The last phone call of them telling me my account was past due was fals because I paid off my lease recently and Chris lied saying that it's still late. The next time they call I'm showing up with the police.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
