Our family has used Jamacha Storage for years. My Wife passed away recently and everything was in her name. They helped me transfer and save my family’s belongings through this difficult time. VINCENT was extremely supportive and helpful. Very professional and great energy. Future management position for sure. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Thank you Vincent!!

I paid for the storage on Friday, showed up on Saturday with my stuff and the storage unit was locked, nobody onsite, sing posted with a number that went straight to the voicemail. Called customer service 3x, unable to reach manager. Left and found different storage as I paid for the movers. Also the access to the facility is limited, no access on holidays and only till 7 or 7.30pm. Inside, it did not feel like the place has any AC even though it is advertised as so.
