  Not sure I would recommend coming in here at all. I understand affordability. but this place does not operate ethically at all. I came here because I NEEDED furniture and I took pictures and pointed out defects on the stuff I wanted and ended up purchasing. I was assured not to worry by the rep because she said they would ship Me NEW STUFF from the factory... which I learned was a lie. I told her I didn't want them unless they were without these defects. Maybe I'm a moron for believing her but sure enough... almost a week later they delivered me the EXACT SAME STUFF I saw on the floor with the same defects I pointed out originally. I'm considering having these guys just come pick this stuff up because after almost 3 months they have made no effort to make this right. I got 1 call back from a manager and then nothing else... I called 3 times and only get someone who "can take a message". My household has probably spent $20,000 in Aaron's payments over 15 years when we need appliances or furniture but we will never shop at Aaron's again.

  Aaron's has been awesome. They got so many products to choose from and the staff is very friendly. Process has been budget friendly and fees are transparent. Way to go Aaron's.

  Definitely NOT recommended. We randomly went to this store to see some sofa. Store was empty and dead with no furniture inside. The white lady with blonde hair was very rude and offended my child right after entrance. We just took exit with her rude behavior with us.

  I ordered a washer and dryer from them at the beginning of September and got an email saying they would be here by September 11th. It’s now September 28th and I’m JUST now finally getting an actual answer about my items. Honestly, the whole experience has been so frustrating. Every time I called, I would get a completely different answer depending on who I talked to. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and I kept having to call over and over again just to get some type of update. At one point it literally felt like I was begging them to give me the washer and dryer that I already paid for. I completely understand that delays happen, but the lack of communication is what really bothered me. If someone would've just been honest and kept me updated from the beginning, I wouldn’t have been nearly as upset. Instead, I spent weeks calling and trying to figure out what was happening with my order. Definitely not the experience I expected when buying something as expensive and necessary as a washer and dryer.

  Avoid this place at all cost. First, I ordered a dresser that broke the first day I got it and when I called then to have it replaced the manager Claudia Was supposed to call me Back but never did.after a couple of days of trying to get a hold of her I finally got through to her and she said she would order me a new one. One week later I find out she forgot to order me a new one and took over three weeks to get one finally delivered to my home. Then they tell me they have a couch on sale and said she can give it to me for a certain price with a 90 day payoff, and after I receive the couches, I found out the couch had a huge tear hidden within the cushion that She apparently forgot to disclose with me, and after Trying to reach out to her several times with her never returning any calls I called for maybe the fifth time and finally got a hold of her And she tells me that’s why it was marked down, however had she Disclose this prior I would’ve never ordered the couches. Then she mentioned The price of the markdown again and it was totally different than the price She originally told me. so when I asked her why is the price different from what she told me she says that was her mistake but it’s too late because she had me sign an agreement. Total bait and switch. I’ve been using this place for 15 years and I’ve never had any issues until this new manager Claudia Took over. She even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy other things from them and hung up on me after I told her I would no longer be a Aaron‘s customer. If you want be lied to, and taken advantage of this might be the place for you But after my experience with Claudia I will never use Aaron’s furniture again.
