  They were told that someone doesn’t live with me and that the address for that person changed and they still send that persons mail

  Avoid this place at all cost. First, I ordered a dresser that broke the first day I got it and when I called then to have it replaced the manager Claudia Was supposed to call me Back but never did.after a couple of days of trying to get a hold of her I finally got through to her and she said she would order me a new one. One week later I find out she forgot to order me a new one and took over three weeks to get one finally delivered to my home. Then they tell me they have a couch on sale and said she can give it to me for a certain price with a 90 day payoff, and after I receive the couches, I found out the couch had a huge tear hidden within the cushion that She apparently forgot to disclose with me, and after Trying to reach out to her several times with her never returning any calls I called for maybe the fifth time and finally got a hold of her And she tells me that’s why it was marked down, however had she Disclose this prior I would’ve never ordered the couches. Then she mentioned The price of the markdown again and it was totally different than the price She originally told me. so when I asked her why is the price different from what she told me she says that was her mistake but it’s too late because she had me sign an agreement. Total bait and switch. I’ve been using this place for 15 years and I’ve never had any issues until this new manager Claudia Took over. She even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy other things from them and hung up on me after I told her I would no longer be a Aaron‘s customer. If you want be lied to, and taken advantage of this might be the place for you But after my experience with Claudia I will never use Aaron’s furniture again.

  Good day to you all. I am writing this today to let you all know that this place is a joke. Our couch was delivered broken in 2 spots (along with scratches all over our old flooring and walls from the movers), was told they would send a replacement couch piece within 2 weeks and have someone come buff out the floor... Okay cool. 4 months of payments go by, our kids scratched by this snapped couch multiple times at this point, had to ducktape it, looks ugly as hell now. Aaron's still demanding money, never sent out people to buff the floor or fix our wall. 2 weeks after the 4 months, they have a van follow me to the local convenience store. A few days later, a manager, Claudia shows up to our house demanding we pay or give the couch back by thursday of last week. Which, granted, we l live in the middle of nowhere and GPS cant even get you to us, but props to CLAUDIA for making that trek. To summarize that, these people have vans follow you and employees harass you over a couch that they said they'd fix in the first place..months before hand.. So fast forward to the present day, I have been calling the store for CLAUDIA for 4 days now. Been trying to let you know your couch is outside my house, has been for a week now. But since, you want to come harass my wife and children on private property instead of replacing it, like promised i have half a mind to move it from my driveway to the dumpster at this very moment. But I'll try calling again and if I cant then we will see where that leads. And who knows, may just donate it to the local homeless shelter. Better then giving it back to you fools. Edit: Oh! And they had the audacity to try and charge us on Saturday after we told them to come get the couch earlier that week. Modern day mafia, should be investigated by local law enforcement, wouldnt be surprised if they are taking money from the elderly and giving them used,broken furniture. Despicable. Edit 2: finally talked to Claudia today after calling off a different phone number and they answered immediately. Absolutely monster of an employee, let alone shes apparently the manager, although she did give me express permission to toss it to the dumpster so atleast there's a plus. Build your own couch, its better then dealing with these fools.

  Very low quality dresser same day we notice paint was peeling we gave them a call they wanted pictures we send them the pictures we never got a call from them they never answer I call corporate they call them n they didn’t answer I didn’t want the dresser not solid sounds like a drum when they put it together it was done wrong is very hard to open the drawers if feels like if we pull more on them they will break now I have to keep it cuz it got somewhat damage I wish they will come fix it but they never show up n I have till July 13 2026 I always pay things off before the 90 days this company was awesome before this new management is really messing up is been about 3 times I make appointments n they don’t show up n I don’t get a call I just stay waiting very disappointed I don’t think I’ll be getting anymore furniture from Aaron’s in spring valley California never…

  Delivered damaged items and waited for 3 months for “replacements” that I never received. Manager Claudia was not helpful and very unprofessional.
