I can't say enough great things about my experience at Extra Space Storage and it's all thanks to Anthony. From the moment I walked through the door he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It's not often that you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping people but Anthony is definitely one of those rare employees who goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a positive experience.
I had several questions about storage unit sizes, pricing, access hours, and the rental process, and Anthony patiently answered every single one without making me feel rushed. He took the time to explain all of my options in detail helping me choose the unit that best fit my needs instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. His honesty professionalism, and knowledge made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free.
What impressed me the most was Anthony's attention to detail and his commitment to excellent customer service. He made sure I understood everything before I left including how to access my unit, the security features of the property, and the best ways to protect and organize my belongings while in storage. He anticipated questions before I even had to ask them which showed how experienced and dedicated he is.
The facility itself was spotless, well lit, secure, and very well maintained. Anthony clearly takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized and it really shows. Knowing that my belongings are being stored in a place that is cared for so well gives me a great deal of peace of mind.
Throughout my visit Anthony remained friendly, patient, respectful, and genuinely interested in making sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service like this has become harder to find and it's refreshing to meet someone who truly values the people they are helping. He turned what I expected to be a stressful task into an enjoyable and smooth experience.

I've had a great experience at Extra Space Storage, thanks in large part to Anthony. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain the different storage options within my budget and the size I was looking for. I really appreciated that he listened instead of trying to upsell me.
It also gives me peace of mind knowing there's an on-site property manager I feel comfortable with. Anthony has been consistently friendly, professional, and helpful.
One thing I especially appreciate is that the restroom is always clean, which isn't something you find at every storage facility. The property is well maintained, and customer service hasn't stopped after I signed the lease. In fact, one day there was no parking available near my unit, and Anthony moved his car so I wouldn't have to carry my belongings so far. That small act spoke volumes about how much they care about their customers.
This isn't the fanciest storage facility, but it has everything you need: clean, secure, and excellent customer service. If you're looking for a place where people genuinely care and treat you well, I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.
