It's an average Lowe's that has decent enough customer service and a good selection. However, they allowed two Flock cameras to be placed on two corners that amateur hackers and law enforcement can tap into and use to spy on the public at any given time.
It would be one thing if they were placed the Flock cameras closer within their parking lot or closer to their building, but instead they were installed on two corners pointed outwards away from their property which feels more like big brother is trying to watch the public rather than actually watching the Lowe's lot to help secure it.
If you want to secure your lot, point it at your lot. Until then, flock off.

This place SUCKS. NEVER EVER I MEAN EVER buy anything from this place that you have tk get delivered, if you cant take it home with you day of purchase, DONT DO IT. Bought a fridge since ours broke, we need one, like, NOW. they wont let us take it home in our truck, and they haven't showed up to drop it off. It is 8 pm, the people said it would be here and delivered by 4PM TO 7PM. They wont even acknowledge that we have a receipt for it and say we never had one. This place sucks.

A necessary evil in Sonora. Went to buy a trash can today. Includes lid. No lids in stock, so I went to customer service. They offered me a 10% discount ($5.70) for a lid that I can not come back and purchase separately, however if I come back and they get more stock, they'll just give me one (robbing the next guy who needs a lid with a trash can). Do better. I left my entire cart at the customer service counter after they asked me to walk to the other end and find the manager's manager rather than calling her over.

Did an online order for an item to pick up in store. It was a 40 mile, 60 minute drive, and after 2 hours had not heard from store, so called and talked to hardware associate to make sure they had quantity. They did. Got to store 4 hours after placing order for 1 item, and then after being told to press service button in order pickup area, with no response, went to hardware and picked item myself. Clerk at returns processed the item after I brought it to her, and told me I was good to go. I had ordered online to make sure they had the item before making the 2 hour round trip, and then was left to pick the item myself. Lowe’s in Sonora, your customers deserve better customer service, it’s time to figure it out. Don’t offer a service for the customer, if after all these years, you don’t have the people in place to follow through.
