JB is so phenomenal - he helps assist my storage units - I can always count on him- I keep coming back to this storage facility I I know with him there my belongings are safe and well cared for.

To be clear, I’m giving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to JB and zero stars to Extra Space.
He’s the onsite manager of this facility and could not be more helpful and available. Such a good dude, and his kind manner goes a long way! Especially, considering the misery of what storage activities can be like.
I’m grateful to have been his customer before the Extra Space takeover of the local facility. He’s done everything to make it a smooth transition with an incredibly positive attitude. Extra Space is lucky to have him! He is the only reason I haven’t changed facilities.
Extra Space has already sent TWO $100 monthly fee increases within 1 year and are completely taking advantage of existing customers. Plus, their app sucks and have a bunch of new rules that ruined a good thing.

Nice, clean grounds. Extended hours until 10PM which is very helpful. The real winner here is the customer service. JB could not be a better operator of this facility and was extremely helpful in both moving in, and consolidating our storage from 2 units to 1. Extra Space acquired this space after we moved, and JB stayed - and so did we because of that, so did we. Would recommend this location.

We moved all our belongings into our storage unit over a year ago. We moved all the way from North West Washington state. back to Sonoma County. J.B. was there to help us organize and get us into a storage unit fast and easy. He is very knowledgeable, kind and does whatever he can to help people, especially when they are in a crunch like we were. As months passed and we continued to down size on our belongings, J.B. Helped us again organize our move from a large unit into a smaller unit and he helped us update our payment schedule and transfer all our info over to the new unit. Whenever he was there either over the phone or in office to help, I always felt confident and calm knowing that if we had a problem. Most likely J.B. Could find a solution. Thank you again for all your help rain or shine! This has been one of the best storage experiences we’ve ever had, and that’s saying something coming from someone who has lived in multiple states on the West coast.
