In today’s world, it feels like excellent customer service (or even just service at all) is hard to find. Today I learned that it still exists.
Drew at Extra Space on Industrial in Simi Valley was simply outstanding and made the rental process quick and painless. He answered all of my questions and explained rental rates, agreement terms, how locks and access work, and made sure the mobile app was set up and working before I left. And he was polite, personable, and friendly throughout.
Genuinely great customer service lives, and you can find it at this Extra Space Storage location - just ask for Drew.

Excellent experience at Extra Space Storage! Serena was incredibly helpful over the phone and got me a beautiful unit at a great rate. She was friendly, patient, and made the entire process so easy.
What really stood out was that when I arrived on my first day, Serena came over, introduced herself in person, and made sure I had everything I needed. She truly cares about her job and her customers, and it shows. I even saw her sweeping the entire floor of the facility. She takes care of this place as if it were her own home
The facility itself is by far the nicest storage place I’ve ever seen. Spotlessly clean, A/C, and a super convenient loading area. I highly recommend this location!

Serena is awesome !! Fast and efficient customer service. Renting a storage unit or upgrading to a different size has never been easier ! I’ve used other storage units in simi valley and this is the best one yet ! It’s clean, AC always working, there’s plenty of carts on the first floor to use and just an overall great experience being a Simi resident storing my extra items here. Thank you extra space !!
