  We have been using Mr. Sharpe for about 3 years now… I’ve used Cozzini bros and a handful of the other before Mr. Sharpe and Sharpe is the best, hands down. They deliver enough knives for the entire month and it’s cheap. Very sharp knives packed in great packaging. Alan is the owner and he’s the best. They will sharpen any personal knives we have at home too. Great service.

  Excellent service and clean shop. Loads of knives to shop for, slicers and accessories for my kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get the right tools for my needs. They also sharpened my knives, same day service, razor sharp.

  I’m not a professional chef but I act like one with my high quality knives. Super stoked these guys exist and to add the staff is always professional and friendly. Great prices and the quality of sharpening is perfection. If you care about your knives (all levels) then do yourself a favor and try this place out. Cheers to this shop!

  I googled knife sharpening near me in Long Beach and these guys popped up right away. I took in like 10 knives ranging from 10 to 12 inches and some like 6 to 7 inches and a pocket knife and kitchen shears. It was $88 out the door and they were done in like 20-30 minutes. Anthony, who did the sharpening, was wonderful. He even took time after he was done to explain and answer my question on what the difference between some of my knives were- I had no idea that the little grooves on the sides of like a sudoku knife keeps fruit from sticking to it! I had no idea!! The other gentleman there who’s name I unfortunately can’t remember I think it might be Melvin was also very kind. They were completely professional, fast, and nice. I will absolutely have them sharpen my knives again.

  Wow! Made an appointment to get 4 kitchen knives and 2 pocket knives sharpened and was not disappointed! Both by the quality of work but also the service. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Super friendly and nice staff showed me their knives on display for sale while i waited and told me about upcoming sales events without adding the pressure to buy anything. Will be back when i need a sharpening in the future and possibly to pick up some new knives. A good variety of nice knives on display at good prices.
