Roxane, the manager of the Sepulveda Blvd. location in Sherman Oaks, contacted me and told me that she found my unit unlocked after she inspected the property. I had rushed to drop something off and improperly locked the unit, thank goodness I got there before she closed, it was right before the 4th of July weekend. I’m grateful to Roxane for preventing a potential loss of my property.
Extra Space storage has always been my favorite storage facility for cleanliness, safety and excellent service!

Roxanne at Sherman Oaks was fabulous. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and she graciously showed me 2 sizes of units I asked to see. She didn't rush me and was soo kind and helpful. I unexpectedly decided to rent one on the spot and even got a discounted price as she entered the transaction. The place is very nice and clean. I highly recommend her and the facility.
