  Adam has been helping us out at several of our rental properties as well as our home for the past couple years. Not only is he easy to get in touch with when we have an issue, he is always kind and very thorough. We have yet to encounter an issue he has not been able to resolve: ants, mice, rats, you name it. Thank you Adam! (and Olivia in the office for handling the scheduling so quickly and being easy to work with on billing!)

  I can’t say enough good things about this company. Every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. We felt a sense of urgency around our issue, and they understood that for us. So much compassion and understanding, the team went out of their way to help us deal with an issue quickly and efficiently on a Friday afternoon/evening.   Absolutely Professional and Exceptional Service. Adam is tops in his field and always there with a smile and extreme knowledge of what he is doing for you as a customer. He knows his Pests and what to do about them for you. Olivia runs a great office and always there to make an appointment or answer any questions. Would not have any other Company taking care of us.   MBPC has been attentive to my property in Carmel Valley for years, helping me address very active rodents and spiders around the perimeter.
