We were down to the wire with another storage company who was unresponsive and ultimately disappeared with our deposit. Extra Space was zero friction. It took 5 minutes online to find a package that worked for us, pay for our first month, and immediately get access codes and Bluetooth gate access through the app. Even though it was after hours, we didn't have to wait to speak with anyone, we were moving our stuff that night. The facility felt secure, was well lit, and even had carts available to help us unload. Super happy with how easy the whole thing was.
