  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Rockvill Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the customer service. Raymond and Jesus went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer every question made me feel valued as a customer. As someone who works in customer service, I can recognize when people truly care, and Raymond and Jesus absolutely do. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made all the difference.   You'll pay $170/month to have access to the facility for at most 12 hours. Any hours after, you'll be charged with a tresspassing fee. The fact that I had to call the deputies to get out of your facility while being charged by the hour by U-Haul is preposterous.

  By far the best experience I've had dealing with a storage unit company. John took my drop off at the closing time Raymond gave me all the info I needed to cut my moving costs by half by scheduling the most cost-effective route to getting everything knocked out. I went in there only needing to pick up an auto transport. I ended up scheduling/pickingup my moving truck, auto transport at this location and got a great deal on storage unit for our extra stuff while we wrap up our move. Great neighborhood, safe storage, high quality unit, great staff. Highly recommend this storage site.

  Iam going to be honest I just love this place the hrs to access the location and the security is a plus and best of all the prices are very affordable.
