This is our horrible experience with Lowes. It took 4 1/2 months to get the job done. Don’t buy from Lowes run away. You will get better customer service. We spoke to 23 people to get the job done. First tech came out from premier to measure for the warming drawer, second tech, Ken from Cortez and associates measured the entire cabinet area for the oven/microwave combi unit and warming drawer. Lowes lost the measurement and couldn’t even tell us who came in our home. The third tech, Tim from CRST came out to measure the oven/microwave combi unit and warming drawer. Our first appointment was set for March 31, 2026. They showed up without any measurements, they couldn’t do cabinetry work, and couldn’t install the telescoping fan. We had to send them away and they left the door off our cabinet. We emailed the CEO,Marvin Ellison, he is obviously too busy to contact his customers because we were contacted by Samantha Parker, executive customer relations. We explained our problems with this job and asked her to make sure my wife was the single point of contact so there would not be any miscommunication. She repeatedly did not call us as expected, she was out of the office more than available, and at one point when I was dissatisfied with her and asked her for her supervisor she said she didn’t have a supervisor and said she was the end. I spent over 20 hours being the project manager when she assured me I would not need to manage the project she was taking over. Every time we spoke, she had to ask me where we were at with the project? At the end of the project, she offered us $250 in compensation. When unhappy with this offer, I asked to speak to a supervisor about the decision. Samantha referred me to her supervisor that she had lied to me about and told me she didn’t have one. I spoke to Kristi and she came back with an offer of $450 in compensation. We were absolutely 100% not happy with this but agreed. This is less than the up charge of the third-party company that installed our appliances. A day later I received a call from Kristi that they were going to email a “release of all claims” to cut us a check. They tried to bully us into signing the ” release of all claims” which would block us from reviewing them online, posting to social media, or share videos/photos of our project. This is a confidentiality agreement and hold harmless agreement for this entire project.

We just spent $2800 on a refrigerator and dishwasher at Costco and will never purchase from Lowes again! Just do yourself a favor if you have any project that requires Lowe’s to work in your home just don’t.
