My experience was great with the Santee location. The manager, Zach was excellent to deal with every time we were there. From the first time we rented the space to today when we exited the space. We are moving out of state & he kindly told us that you also have locations in the state we’re moving to. We will definitely use Extra Storage Space if we need storage services in the future. I’m really happy with my experience here at the Woodside location… I had trouble finding the right unit size to fits all of my belongings… Zack took the time to show me the different units and recommended exactly what I needed. He help me find an amazing price in my budget and an space perfect that I can fit everything that's important to me and fiancee I highly recommend coming here if you want an opportunity for an storage with reasonable price while space is limited in my area im grateful I got help with Zack to get set up with paperwork quick and efficient and start move my things in without the stress of prices and I grateful he showed me around the unit before I decided to buy today and if you not sure just call them like I did beforehand they will set you up with the best price available like they did for me and a reservation for the unit just to check it out before I buy it and im grateful I did go today because I would have pay more than im paying now but go check it out before it too late honestly I would have regretted it if i went home without a storage unit for my belongings before my move out date

First impressions so far have been great. The initial call I had with the person that helped me get set up was great, checked a couple local locations and ended up finding me one with a solid promotional price that saved me over $100 a month, so big shout out to them! Then when I got to the actual storage spot the store manager, Zach, was super friendly and helpful and got me through the rest of the process in minutes. Overall the place was clean, quiet, and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend based on my experience so far.
